Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments in the form of PayPal and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are accepted.

Q: I can’t complete my order, I keep getting an error.

Uh oh! This is most likely due to you entering a billing address that does not match the one on file with the credit card you are using. Please double check the address and make sure it matches. If you are sure that is not the problem, please feel free to contact the store and we will look into it.

Q: Can I request a product you do not currently have available?

You can contact the store and make a request. If there’s interest, it could possibly be added to the store!

Shipping

Q: What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on the weight of your order, and the location for the shipment.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The prices for international shipping can be viewed by adding items to your cart and using the calculator.

Q: How do you ship?

All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Q: When will my order ship? How long will it take to arrive?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 days. Your order should arrive within a week or two after being shipped if you are within the U.S. International shipping times can vary and can take anywhere from one to six weeks.
