Ordering and Payment
Chromaluv accepts payment in the form of PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of order. E-mail address provided during checkout must be accurate to receive confirmation and updates.
Your privacy is very important! We will never share any of the information you provide to us (including your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.) with anyone. All of the information that we collect will only be used to complete your order. We will never send you unsolicited communication.
Shipping and Handling Policy
All orders are shipped from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 days of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and may be reviewed prior to completion of checkout. Delivery Confirmation (tracking) numbers are issued for all domestic packages. Chromaluv is currently unable to provide delivery confirmation for international orders.
Domestic orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to arrive. International orders may take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive.
Applies to apparel items only. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days for an exchange. Return items must be in original unused, unwashed and undamaged condition. Return items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted. Chromaluv does not assume return shipping costs. Only one exchange per order is allowed.
Lost or Damaged Merchandise
Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including shipping charges if the product is defective or damaged. Items may be required to be returned before a refund or a replacement is sent. If your package arrives damaged contact us immediately and keep all shipping materials including the box or envelope and all contents. Send pictures of the damage if possible to expedite the process.
Lost packages will be replaced provided the shipping address submitted at time of purchase was absolutely correct. Please contact us if your package has not shown up within the designated time frame and you believe it is lost. Lost packages are subject to verification. Chromaluv is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in shipping address provided by customer.
Chromaluv is not responsible for”failed delivery” reshipment costs if incorrect address was provided at checkout, or signature confirmation packages were not received. Customer must pay for reshipment fees.
